Shipping policy
At Soffice, we are committed to delivering your ergonomic workspace solutions as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping processes, timelines, and costs.
1. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders to Europe, North America and Oceania. We do not currently ship outside of these areas.
- No Minimum Spend: Whether you are ordering a single Soffice Desk or outfitting an entire team, the shipping is on us.
2. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 12:00 AM GMT Monday–Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
- UK: 2–4 business days.
- Europe: 2–11 business days.
- North America: 6–12 business days.
- Oceania: 6–12 business days.
Please note: While we do our best to meet these estimates, delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed. External factors like courier delays or extreme weather may occasionally impact your delivery date.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.
5. Delivery Partners
To ensure your Soffice Desk arrives in perfect condition, we partner with reliable national couriers (such as Yodel, Evri, or Royal Mail).
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a solution.
- Missing Parcels: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your item, please check with neighbours or safe-place locations before contacting our support team.
